Return Policy

Returns & Exchange Overview

NPS LLC (“we” or “us”) honor returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase. If you have any questions, please email us at:  proshop@patriots.com 

 We will not accept worn or laundered clothing, or used merchandise.  All refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned merchandise have been received at our facility.

Standard returns and exchanges should be shipped to us via USPS Mail at the customer’s expense.

If you believe that an error was made with your order that may require a return, please contact us by email proshop@patriots.com and we may be able to offer a return label at our expense.

 

Product Exchanges

When returning an item for exchange please write details/instructions for the exchange on the shipping invoice included with the order. Merchandise should be sent to the return address listed below. Your exchange will be processed and shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note a good day-time phone number should we need to contact you regarding the exchange.

 

Return Merchandise for Refund

When returning an item for a refund, please include a copy the shipping invoice that came with the order, indicate your request for refund, and send to the return address listed below. We will issue a refund credit to the payment method used for purchase within 5 business days.
